Terms of Service

01Who you are agreeing with

“X-Relay”, “we” and “us” mean the independent operator of x-relay.com and of the X-Relay bots on Discord and Telegram. X-Relay is a privately run service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by X Corp., Discord Inc. or Telegram.

These Terms are the agreement between you and us. You accept them by adding the bot to a server, by starting the Telegram bot, by creating a tracker, or by paying for a plan — whichever happens first. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

If you add the bot on behalf of a company, community or server that you do not personally own, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these Terms for it, and “you” means both you and that organisation.

02What X-Relay does

X-Relay monitors publicly available activity on X (formerly Twitter) — posts, replies, quotes, reposts, follows and unfollows, profile and bio changes, X Lists, and keyword searches — for the handles, lists or keywords you choose. When something matches, it formats an alert and delivers it to a destination you control: a Discord webhook in your server, or a Telegram chat.

What X-Relay does not do:

• It does not log into your X account, and never asks for your X password, cookies or session.
• It does not touch your wallet, your funds or your keys, and never asks for a seed phrase.
• It does not read the messages people write in your Discord server — the bot has no message-reading listener at all. Everything it shows you comes from X.
• It does not place trades, hold funds, or act on your behalf anywhere.

Features change over time. We add, alter and retire features as the product develops and as the platforms we depend on change. We try not to remove something you paid for, and section 19 covers what happens if we must.

03Who may use it

• You must be at least 13 years old, or older if the law where you live or the rules of Discord or Telegram require it.
• You must be at least 18 years old to buy a plan or receive a referral payout.
• You must keep to the rules of the platform you use us on — the Discord Terms of Service and the Telegram Terms of Service apply to you independently of ours.
• You may not use X-Relay where doing so would break a law that applies to you, including sanctions and export rules.

04Servers, chats and where a plan lives

X-Relay has no separate account system and no password. Your identity is your Discord or Telegram identity.

Because plans are per-server on Discord, please buy on the server you actually want covered. We can correct an honest mistake if you tell us quickly, but we are not obliged to move a plan between servers.

05Free plan and trial

• Discord free plan: a permanent free tier with a small tracker allowance (currently 2), limited to one server per Discord account. If you already run X-Relay free on one of your servers, adding the bot to a second one grants nothing there — that server needs its own paid plan. This is deliberate: it stops one owner from splitting a free allowance across many servers.
• Trial: a one-time trial (currently 3 days, with a raised tracker limit) per account — one per Discord account and one per Telegram account, not one per server. When it ends, trackers above the free allowance stop working but are not deleted.
• Telegram: there is no permanent free tier on Telegram — only the trial and paid plans.
• Free and trial access is offered as-is and may be changed, limited or withdrawn at any time. A paid plan you have already bought is unaffected by such a change.

06Plans and the Turbo add-on

Current plans, tracker limits, durations and prices are published on the pricing page, which forms part of these Terms. Prices are in US dollars and are quoted per period, not per month of actual use.

Turbo is a speed add-on, not a plan: it increases how often your tracked sources are polled. It attaches to an existing subscription and runs for that subscription's remaining time — it does not extend your subscription, and it cannot outlive the plan it belongs to.

We may change prices at any time. A price change never affects a period you have already paid for.

07Payment in cryptocurrency

• Payments are made in cryptocurrency through our payment processor (Plisio). We never see or hold card details, and there is no KYC step on our side.
• Nothing renews automatically. There is no stored payment method and no standing authorisation. When a period ends, service stops until you choose to buy again.
• A payment is credited when the network confirms it and the processor tells us. Blockchain confirmation times are outside our control, and an invoice can expire before a slow transaction confirms.
• You are responsible for paying the exact invoiced amount, to the address shown, on the network shown, before the invoice expires. Funds sent to the wrong address, on the wrong network, after expiry, or in the wrong amount may be unrecoverable — by us and by anyone.
• Network fees are yours. If an underpayment leaves the invoice short, the plan is not activated until the difference is settled.
• Any taxes or duties that apply to you are yours to handle.

08Refunds

Crypto transactions cannot be reversed, and access begins immediately on payment. We therefore do not refund a change of mind. In particular, no refund is due for:

• deciding you no longer want the service, or not using time you have bought;
• buying on the wrong server, the wrong platform or the wrong plan, where you had the information needed to choose correctly;
• a tracked account going quiet, going private, being suspended, renaming itself, or otherwise not producing the alerts you hoped for;
• your own configuration — a deleted webhook, revoked bot permissions, the wrong channel, muted notifications, or a Telegram chat that blocked the bot;
• a suspension or termination caused by your breach of these Terms (section 18).

The exception: an extended failure that is ours

If X-Relay stops delivering alerts for a reason within our control, you report it to us, and we do not restore service within 24 hours of your report, then for the affected time we will — at our option — either extend your subscription by that time or refund that part of the period pro rata. Report it within 30 days of the outage. Refunds are paid in cryptocurrency to an address you provide, and the network fee comes out of the refunded amount.

This exception does not cover outages caused by X, Discord, Telegram, your own setup, or the events listed in section 16.

09Delivery, speed and availability

X-Relay is built for speed, and we publish real measurements on our latency page. Those are measurements, not promises. The service is provided on a best-effort basis, with no service-level agreement.

Specifically, we do not warrant that:

• every public post, follow, unfollow or profile change will be detected;
• an alert will arrive within any particular number of seconds, or at all;
• the service will be uninterrupted, or free of maintenance windows and restarts;
• alert content will be complete or correctly formatted — text, media and translations come from third parties and can be truncated, delayed or wrong.

X-Relay depends entirely on X, Discord and Telegram. If any of them changes its rules, rate limits, prices or technical access, coverage may narrow, slow down, or stop permanently. We will tell you what we know and adapt where we can, but we cannot promise a workaround.

10What is on your side

• Keeping the bot's permissions intact. On Discord the bot needs the permissions requested when it was added — in particular the ability to create the webhook it delivers through. Removing them stops delivery.
• Keeping the destination alive: a working webhook, a channel that still exists, a chat that has not blocked the bot.
• Treating a webhook URL as a secret. Anyone who holds it can post into that channel.
• Deciding what to track, and making sure that tracking it is lawful where you are.
• What you or your members do with an alert once it arrives.

11Acceptable use

You may not:

• resell, sublicense or rebrand X-Relay's output as your own paid product without our written agreement;
• use the service to harass, stalk, dox or target a private individual, or to build a surveillance profile of a person;
• work around plan limits, tracker caps, the one-free-server rule, or a suspension — including by using extra accounts or servers to obtain what your plan does not include;
• attack, overload, reverse-engineer or probe the service, its infrastructure or its payment flow;
• use the service to break the law, to infringe someone's rights, or in a way that would put us in breach of the rules of X, Discord or Telegram;
• misrepresent your affiliation with us, or claim that X-Relay endorses a token, project or trade.

We may investigate suspected breaches and take the steps set out in section 18.

12Referral program

If you take part in the referral program, you earn a share of the payments made by people who join through your code, on the terms published in the bot at the time. Payouts are made manually in cryptocurrency to an address you give us, after we confirm the underlying payment cleared.

• Self-referral, fake accounts, reversed payments, and any scheme designed to manufacture referrals earn nothing, and we may cancel accrued but unpaid amounts in those cases.
• We may change or end the program at any time. Amounts already earned and confirmed are still paid out.
• You are responsible for any tax on what you earn.

13Third-party content and trade links

Alerts reproduce content authored by third parties on X. We do not create it, verify it, endorse it or moderate it. It may be false, misleading, illegal in your country, or a deliberate scam. Its authors, not us, are responsible for it.

Some alerts detect a token contract address inside a post and add quick links to third-party trading platforms.

Detection is automatic and imperfect: an address can be misread, spoofed by the author of the post, or point to a malicious contract. Verify every address yourself before you act on it.

14Not financial advice

15Ownership

The X-Relay name, logo, site, bots, alert formats and underlying software are ours. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service while these Terms are in force, and nothing more.

Content that originates on X belongs to whoever wrote it. Alerts are delivered to you for use inside your own community; republishing them further is subject to X's rules and to the rights of the author.

If you send us feedback or a feature idea, we may use it freely and without owing you anything for it.

16No warranties

To the fullest extent the law allows, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind — express, implied or statutory — including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation.

We are not liable for interruptions or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including changes or outages at X, Discord, Telegram or our payment processor; blockchain congestion; hosting, network or datacentre failure; denial-of-service attacks; changes in law; and other force-majeure events.

17Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows:

• We are not liable for trading outcomes of any kind — missed entries or exits, positions taken or not taken, lost profits, opportunity cost, or losses on a token that turned out to be a scam.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, goodwill or business.
• Our total aggregate liability for all claims connected with the service is capped at the greater of (a) what you actually paid us in the 3 months before the event, or (b) USD 50.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions. Where that is the case, the exclusions apply only as far as permitted, and nothing here limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

18Suspension and termination

You may stop at any time: remove your trackers, remove the bot from your server, or stop the Telegram bot. Stopping does not by itself entitle you to money back for time already paid for (subject to section 8).

We may suspend or terminate access — with or without notice, depending on severity — if you breach these Terms, if your use threatens the stability or legality of the service, if a payment is reversed or fraudulent, or if we are required to by X, Discord, Telegram or by law. Where a breach is minor and fixable, we will normally ask you to fix it first.

Termination for breach does not create a refund. Sections 13–17 and 20 survive termination.

19Changes

We may update these Terms. The “last updated” date at the top always reflects the current version. For a change that materially reduces what you get or materially increases your obligations, we will give notice at least 7 days before it takes effect, through the bot or the site. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new version. If you do not accept it, stop using the service — and if the change materially harms a plan you have already paid for, write to us and we will settle the remaining time fairly.

We may also change, suspend or discontinue any part of the service. If we shut the service down entirely, we will make a reasonable effort to give notice and to deal fairly with time you have already paid for.

20Disputes and applicable law

Talk to us first. Almost everything — a payment that did not land, an outage, a mistaken purchase — is resolved faster at support@x-relay.com than anywhere else. Please give us 30 days to resolve a complaint before starting a formal proceeding.

These Terms are governed by the law of the place where the operator of X-Relay is established. We do not publish that location on this page; if you need it in order to bring or serve a formal legal claim, write to support@x-relay.com and we will provide the details necessary for that purpose.

Nothing in this section removes the protection of mandatory consumer-law rules in the country where you live, or your right to bring a claim before the courts those rules make available to you.

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms; we may transfer ours if the service changes hands, on notice to you.
