Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Subscriptions are pay-as-you-go: when your 30/90 day period ends, you drop to Free Plan automatically (2 trackers stay active). No auto-renew, no recurring card.
What happens after my 3-day trial ends?
The trial gives you 30 trackers. If you haven't paid, you switch to the Free plan and keep your 2 most-recently-used trackers active. The rest are paused (not deleted) and resume the moment you /subscribe again.
Do you accept credit cards?
No — crypto only. We use Plisio as the gateway and accept BTC, ETH, USDT (multi-chain), SOL, TON, LTC, XMR and 20+ other coins. No card processor, no KYC.
Do the cheaper plans have fewer features?
No. Every paid plan — Lite, Solo, Plus and Pro — includes every feature: CA detection, X Lists, search trackers, Bio Watch, profile/Spaces/follow alerts, all of it. The only difference is how many accounts you can track. Pick the plan that matches your watchlist size.
What's the difference between monthly and 3-month?
The 3-month option saves roughly 14% over paying monthly (e.g. Solo is $77/3mo vs $90), and locks in your rate for 90 days — if we raise prices, you keep the lower rate for the rest of your window.
I need more than 75 trackers — is there a bigger plan?
Pro covers 75 accounts. For larger watchlists, teams, or API/WebSocket access, DM @sykoco with your use-case and we'll set up a custom plan.
Do you offer refunds?
If the product breaks in a way that's our fault (extended downtime, broken alerts, lost trackers) and we can't fix it in 24 hours — yes, prorated refund. For "I changed my mind" cancellations — no, because crypto transactions can't be reversed and we already paid for the period.
Can I pay annually?
Currently only monthly and quarterly. If you want a 12-month commitment, DM @sykoco — we'll cut you a custom invoice.
Is there a referral program?
