How we measure
Latency is measured as tweet timestamp on x.com minus alert delivery timestamp on TG / Discord. Uptime is the percentage of time the scraper engine produced ≥1 alert per minute given ≥10 actively-tracked handles. Both are rolling 90-day windows.
